Welcome to La Palm Trailer Park.

We are a family owned and operated mobile home and RV park and have been in operation since 1986 but the park itself has been around since 1966. Our owners are bilingual, speaking both English and french Canadian.

 

La Palm Trailer Park offers 30amp and 50 amp RV spots for daily, monthly and yearly rates as well as mobile home units for monthly and yearly rates. Our rates do change depending on the time of year.

Our park is well known for being a tourist park, but we are also able to accommodate those needing longer term rentals when we have the space.

 

The RV section is filled with lush oak trees while various types of palms dot the rest of the landscape. In addition, you might see squirrels, raccoons, foxes, opossums, numerous species of birds and perhaps you might spot an endangered burrowing owl, if you're lucky.

Besides the La Palm Trailer Park activities and amenities, there is so much to see and do in the area and luckily, you won't have to travel far to enjoy a wide variety of attractions!  We are right next to a beautiful county park that has a gorgeous walking/jogging trail as well as a picnic area. We are only 7 miles from Hollywood beach, 4 miles from the Hard Rock Casino and 2 miles from a bike trail that hugs the Snake Creek Canal.

For you sports lovers, we are centrally located between the four major sports, football, basketball, hockey and baseball. Hard Rock Stadium (Miami Dolphins football) is only 4 miles away, less than that if you take the toll road.  Loan Depot Park (Miami Marlins baseball)  is 17 miles away. Kaseya Center (Miami Heat Basketball) is 17 miles away. Amerant Bank Arena (Florida Panthers Hockey) is 23 miles away
